I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inform you about several important details regarding your upcoming final defense and the Closing Ceremony.

1. Final Defense Presentation:
1) Your Presentation time: Approximately 15 minutes.
The allocated time for each individual is 30 minutes.
If your presentation goes beyond 15 minutes, unfortunately, you won't get enough feedback from the professors, and it will use up the time for the next person in line.

2) Printing
Please visit the office to print handout materials for the professor in advance.
For the final defense day, the office is quite busy with administrative tasks.
So, if you can, please use the spare computer in the office, open the file from your USB, and print it on your own.

2. Closing Ceremony:
We kindly asked you to invite 2 friends to manage our dining budget.
This helps us estimate the expected attendees for the ceremony and dining.
If you wish to invite more than 2 friends, consider talking with the 12th batch who is going to invite 1 guest or none.
If someone shows up for the meal without Pre-registration may cause administrative difficulties, if it's more than one or two people.
Please make sure that the friend you are inviting has completed the Google form.
